These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WebSync platform, including our website at websync.me, NFC digital business card services, WhatsApp store tools, and all related features (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using WebSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use WebSync. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using WebSync on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access most features of WebSync, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, maintain the security of your account password, notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, and be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
WebSync offers paid subscription plans including Starter, Pro, and Elite. By subscribing, you agree that fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method, and prices may change with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You agree to use WebSync only for lawful purposes. You must not use our Service to post false or misleading content, violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe upon intellectual property rights of others, distribute spam or malicious code, harass or harm other users, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, facilitate illegal transactions, or impersonate any person or entity. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
WebSync allows you to create and publish content through your digital business card, including contact information, product listings, images, and links. You retain ownership of all content you submit. By uploading content to WebSync, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
All materials on the WebSync platform — including our logo, website design, software, text, and graphics — are the intellectual property of WebSync and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our prior written consent.
WebSync allows you to connect a custom domain or subdomain to your digital business card. You are responsible for registering and maintaining your own domain name through a third-party registrar. WebSync is not liable for any issues arising from your domain registration, renewal, or configuration.
WebSync's WhatsApp Store feature enables you to showcase products and receive orders via WhatsApp. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, order fulfillment, and customer communication. WebSync is not a party to any transaction between you and your customers and is not liable for any disputes arising from such transactions. Your use of WhatsApp must also comply with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Business Policy.
WebSync provides visitor analytics as part of the Service to help you understand how users interact with your digital card. You agree to use analytics data only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or misrepresent the data provided.
You may cancel your WebSync account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to our platform or other users.
The WebSync Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebSync and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to WebSync in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WebSync and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
